J. Irvin Deffibaugh Sr.

Palmer, 1926

After graduating  from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1926, Irvin returned to his hometown of Osterburg, PA to open the only local clinic.

His beliefs were that the chiropractic science teaches that energy is generated in the brain and travels to all parts of  the body through the nervous system.
